Guidelines

CoachAnyWay (the "site") is a sports coaching website which members of the public and coaches can use to post videos of their way of coaching a sport, or to demonstrate a particular skill.

Our site has been launched with a variety of selected sports chosen for their popularity, and this list will expand over time to accommodate a range of other diverse and international sports, as chosen by our growing coaching community.

When using the site we ask that you abide by these guidelines.

Prohibited activities

Please note that the following activities are prohibited. Anyone doing these things may be permanently banned from the site. Please DO NOT:

a) post videos that you didn't make, or include content in your videos that someone else owns the copyright to, such as music, parts of other programmes, footage of sporting events or videos made by other users, without necessary authorisation;
b) upload pornography or sexually explicit content;
c) post graphic or gratuitous violence or content that has the potential to shock;
d) engage in harassment or predatory conduct, stalking, threats, invasion of privacy, or reveal other members' personal information;
e) create misleading descriptions, tags, titles or thumbnails in order to increase views, or post large amounts of untargeted, unwanted or repetitive content, including comments and private messages.

Reporting videos

If you see content that offends you, or you consider violates our Terms, then click 'Report'. This will submit it for review by us so that we can determine whether it is appropriate. Reported videos are not automatically taken down by the system.

If we remove your video after reviewing it because we consider that it violates our Terms, we will notify you of this.

Protecting your identity

We suggest that personal information such as your telephone number or home address should not be shared with other users. Be aware that licence plate numbers on cars or images of the outside of your home may enable a stranger to identify you and/or your location.

Our employees will never ask you for your password, email address, or other account information.

Managing comments

When you post a video you can choose how people can comment on it. If someone leaves a comment on your video that you don't like, you can delete the comment. Another option is for comments to be subject to your review and approval before they appear on our site.
